Mike Hannon is Chairman and CEO of Lingate Financial Group. Mike has over 30 years experience in mergers and acquisitions advising clients on business valuation, initiating acquisitions or sales, negotiation, and transaction structures. Prior to joining Lingate, Mike was President of Fiscal Assistance Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in reorganization services; Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly held national retailer, wholesaler and import distributor with 42 locations; and a CPA with a Minneapolis-based public accounting firm. He has also been a manager, owner, or investor in over 30 small businesses and real estate enterprises.

Mike Hannon has been Chairman of The M&A Source, one of the premiere professional organizations in the M&A industry; and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Association of Real Estate Marketing, National Association of Appraisers, and International Business Brokers Association. Mike is active in a number of service organizations, including Board member and Past-President of the Optimist Club; Board member and founder of Breakaway, Inc.; and Board member of Nuway House. In his free time, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, and family activities. Mike and Chris, his wife, live in Plymouth, Minnesota. They have three adult children, Paula, Tim and David.

Greg Loeschke has over 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and new business formation. Prior to joining Lingate, Greg was Vice President of Business Development at Harvest States Foods, a division of CHS Inc., a FORTUNE 500 company. He has also held management positions in strategic planning, business development, marketing and business operations at CHS' milling and oilseed processing divisions, Farm Credit Leasing, and the Hertz Corporation.

Greg Loeschke is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, International Business Brokers Association, and the Institute of Business Appraisers. Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. As a native Minnesotan, Greg is required by state law to enjoy hunting, fishing, golfing and cheering for Minnesota's erratic sports teams. Greg and Stephanie, his wife, live in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. They have two children, Sarah and Grace.

Pat Nooney has over 30 years experience working with buyers and sellers of businesses and commercial real estate. Pat has extensive experience working with metal and plastic manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining Lingate, Pat was a commercial real estate broker.

Pat Nooney is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. He lives in Baldwin, WI and enjoys working on his Christmas tree farm, fishing and skiing. Pat has five adult children.

Marlin Rudebusch has over 25 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing management, strategic planning and business development. Prior to joining Lingate, Marlin helped develop four new private business ventures and led marketing and business development for 12 years for a division of Medtronic, a FORTUNE 500 company. He has a broad business, technical, and manufacturing background, including teaching electronic assembly and manufacturing skills and electronics.

Marlin was raised in Northeastern Nebraska. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Masters of Science degree in physics at the University of Minnesota, Mankato. Marlin and Heather, his wife, live in Shoreview, MN and Pelican Rapids in Northwestern Minnesota. They have three children, Ella, Beth and Lee. Marlin is actively involved with Shoreview’s economic development commission and also volunteers time to Habitat for Humanity. He has also established an investment property partnership primarily investing in Fargo and Northwest Minnesota properties.
