Mike Hannon is a Managing Principal of Lingate Financial Group. Mike has over 35 years experience in mergers and acquisitions advising clients on business valuation, initiating acquisitions or sales, negotiation, and transaction structures. Prior to joining Lingate, Mike was President of Fiscal Assistance Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in reorganization services; Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly held national retailer, wholesaler and import distributor with 42 locations; and a CPA with a Minneapolis-based public accounting firm. He has also been a manager, owner, or investor in over 30 small businesses and real estate enterprises.

Mike Hannon has been Chairman of The M&A Source, one of the premiere professional organizations in the M&A industry; and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Association of Real Estate Marketing, National Association of Appraisers, and International Business Brokers Association. Mike is active in a number of service organizations, including Board member and Past-President of the Optimist Club; Board member and founder of Breakaway, Inc.; and Board member of Nuway House. In his free time, Mike enjoys hunting, fishing, and family activities.

Greg Loeschke is a Managing Principal of Lingate Financial Group. Greg has over 25 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and new business formation. Prior to joining Lingate, Greg was a Vice President of Business Development at CHS Inc., a FORTUNE 500 company. He has also held management positions in strategic planning, business development, marketing and business operations at CHS, Farm Credit Leasing, and the Hertz Corporation.

Greg Loeschke is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and International Business Brokers Association, and Board Member of the Westwood Lutheran Memorial Foundation. Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. As a native Minnesotan, Greg is required by state law to enjoy hunting, fishing, golfing and cheering for Minnesota's erratic sports teams.

Peter Neumeier is a Vice President of Lingate Financial Group. Peter has over 20 years experience in investment banking, institutional equity sales, and equity research. He provides merger & acquisition advisory services to Lingate clients and coordinates Lingate's relationship development efforts. Prior to joining Lingate, Peter held senior positions at Piper Jaffray, Craig-Hallum Capital Group, Mid Atlantic Prime, ThinkEquity Partners, and Summer Street Research Partners.

Peter Neumeier received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Boston College and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. He is a member of the Jesuit Partnership Council and actively supports a number of other social service organizations including the Salvation Army, Fairview Riverside Hospital, R.S. Eden, and The Retreat. In his free time, Peter enjoys fitness and conditioning, reading, writing, and ice hockey.

Prior to joining Lingate, Tom was a successful business broker, exit planning consultant and entrepreneur, launching and managing three companies.

Tom Kaul received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from St. Cloud State University and teaches Entry and Exit Strategies in the Fastrac program at the University of St. Thomas Schulze School of Entrepreneurship. He is a Minnesota real estate licensee and a member of the Commercial Realtors. In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, antique autos and boats, gardening, and skiing.

Pat Nooney has over 35 years experience working with buyers and sellers of businesses and commercial real estate. Pat has extensive experience working with metal and plastic manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining Lingate, Pat was a commercial real estate broker.

Pat Nooney is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. He lives in Baldwin, WI and enjoys working on his Christmas tree farm, fishing and skiing.
