Mike's 35+ years of experience as a M&A professional, forensic accountant, turnaround specialist and business owner provides a unique base of knowledge and hands on experience when approaching challenging acquisition or sale engagements.
After five years as a Lingate client at a Fortune 100 company, Greg Loeschke switched sides of the desk and joined Lingate in 2003. He later became Co-owner and a Managing Principal of the company in 2008. Greg's 25+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development and business operations provides additional industry knowledge, project leadership and research capabilities.

Mike has over 35 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions advising clients on business valuation, initiating acquisitions or sales, negotiation and transaction structures. Prior to joining Lingate, Mike was President of Fiscal Assistance Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in reorganization services; Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly held national retailer, wholesaler and import distributor with 42 locations; and a CPA with a Minneapolis-based public accounting firm. He has also been a manager, owner or investor in over 30 small businesses and real estate enterprises.
Mike is active in a number of service organizations, including Board member and Past-President of the Optimist Club; Founder and Board member of Breakaway Inc.; and Board member of Nuway House. Greg has over 25 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development and new business formation. Prior to joining Lingate, Greg was a Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at CHS Inc., a Fortune 100 company. He has also held management positions in strategic planning, business development, marketing and business operations at CHS, Farm Credit Leasing and the Hertz Corporation.
Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, and serves on the financial management advisory committee for Westwood Lutheran Church and the Board of Directors for Westwood Lutheran Memorial Foundation. Pat has over 35 years experience working with buyers and sellers of businesses and commercial real estate. Pat has extensive experience working with metal and plastic manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining Lingate, Pat was a commercial real estate broker.
Pat is a licensed real estate broker in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
